But even beyond that, this is an approach to achieving a healthy way of living whether you have diabetes or not.

I have type 1 diabetes for 40+ years without complications. I combine my medical treatment with a low-carb diet, regular workouts, and mindful living. I’m writing from personal experience, not only theory.
